Refund & Return Policy
No Returns on Food Items Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, Ideas Cafe does not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered.
Refunds & Replacements We are committed to quality. You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
- Missing Items: An item you ordered was not delivered.
- Wrong Order: You received an incorrect item.
- Quality Issues: The food arrived damaged or compromised (e.g., spilled or spoiled).
How to Request a Refund Please contact us at (021) 111 142 233 within 20 minutes of receiving your order. We may request photographic proof of the issue to process your claim. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or provided as store credit within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placement. Once the kitchen has started preparing your food, cancellations are no longer accepted.
